For reference tomorrow.
Butter, softened (4 oz) 1#
Egg white ~ (.5 oz) 2 oz
Powdered sugar, sifted (8 oz) 2#
Vanilla extract (1/2 tsp) 2 tsp
Vodka (as needed)
Cream butter with paddle.
Add sugar and vanilla.
Adjust consistency with vodka in drops.
