Most people probably thought that living forever sounded wonderful. And in theory, he guessed it would be. Neverending opportunities to experience life and love. All he'd wanted since he'd gotten his soul back was the one thing he couldn't have--to be human, become mortal. As a vampire, he was destined to lose everyone he loved.
But then a miracle occurred. Or prophecy as it were. He became human. A miracle that could have been a curse. But it wasn't a curse. It was his very dream come true. Today, he took Cordy's hand in his and walked out into the sunshine.
Today, for the first time, life truly began.
