Next time I'll add a bit of butter, cinnamon and a touch of nutmeg.
2 Sweet Potatoes
Basil
Brown Sugar
Chicken Broth
Peel and cut your potatoes the way you would with white potatoes
Throw enough broth into a pot to cover your potatoes
Boil for 20 minutes
Drain just a little of the broth into a bowl and then strain your potatoes
Mash potatoes and then add reserved broth
Mix in basil & Brown Sugar
