Mexican Lasagna

Next time I think I want to try adding Rotel tomatoes, corn, lettuce, and sour cream

1 can Black Beans
1 can Chili Beans
Flour Tortillas
Your favorite cheese for Mexican/Tex Mex cuisine (I use a Colby/monterey jack Jack combo)
Ground Meat (I prefer Beef) shredded
Taco Seasonings

Pre-heat oven to 350

Sweat your onions and then add your ground meat and taco seasonings
Cut your tortilla into layers that will fit into your pan
Place your first tortilla to line the bottom of pan
Take a basting brush and baste a bit of the chili bean sauce over the bottom tortilla
Drain the beans and mix them together over the first layer of tortilla
Add layer of tortilla
Layer your Meat and shredded cheese
Top with a layer of tortilla
Bake for 30 min
