Tech NightmaresCalling Dell to return their defective products they put me on hold for the manager, after about 40 minutes the system hung up on me. At first there was music, which then disappeared to a quiet humming. I just got my (refurbished) Dell Inspiron 1720 yesterday. It's cool & I like it: Red, 17" screen, and the new Vista operating system. However, In the (approximately) hour and a half that I ran the bloody thing it randomly rebooted on it's own 4 or 5 times. The Sims game I got for christmas (in 06) won't run on it.
