Project 365 - Day 360: Hogsmeade Souvenirs
Saturday, I pretty much crashed and worked on fighting off the hovering Con Crud that was trying to take over my sinuses. So, I bring you a photo of various items I smuggled home from my visit to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
Day 360: Wizardly wonders
Obviously, bringing home Butterbeer was out of the question, but I did snag one of the souvenir mugs... and the Pumpkin Juice was very transportable (and, thankfully, didn't explode in my luggage on the flight home). At some point soon, we're going to crack it open so rackham can give it a try and I can getting a refresher on what it tastes like... since I'm going to try creating my own version.
Then there's the Chocolate Frog. Cool box completely with trading card (I got Salazar Slytherin -- the image is done with a lenticular plate so it moves) and a very large chocolate frog... made with thoroughly disgusting American milk chocolate. Blech. Glad I bought one, but when we eventually make it back to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I won't be even remotely tempted to buy another one.
