This week has been incredible and I can’t believe I made it to Friday, frankly. My in-laws are down which means I have to share my husband, I have to deal with unscheduled, unorganized events. Well, it finally came to ahead and I got fired yesterday morning. Both the Customer Service Manager and His New Supervisor which he can’t stand and she him, decided the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Talk about a 100% turn around. My Supervisor is actually being helpful, curious and down right nice! My HR Director pulled me into his office this morning to give the scoop. He has three weeks to straighten up and fly straight. If not, he will be removed as Manager and placed somewhere else in the company, I assume going back to Trainer. Anyways, ( Read more... )
