Let me expand - All day I dream about dried mango.

Tuesday, Mat and I had lunch at the American Indian Museum. I'd heard a few people talk about how awesome it was, and, well, it was. I had orange food day: pumpkin soup, butternut squash with hazelnuts and ok, some blue corn bread that wasn't so great. At the cash register, I picked up a little package of dried mango.

I'd forgotten about it until I was on a fairly futile shopping excursion (something I like to call "Wii-connaissance"), and I was getting pretty hungry. It was heavenly, this mango. Not yet completely dried, so it was still slightly chewy, but also firm. Oh, just thinking about it makes me want to run over right now and see if they have any today.

I've become a huge fan of dried fruits - papaya, pineapple, banana chips, dates, raisins, craisins, apricots. Heck, I might even eat a dried apple, though I don't care for the consistency of those so much.

Ok, maybe I will walk over there and get myself some of my beloved mango.
