Weekend
Bank Holiday weekend here.
Chilled out on Saturday, doing a bit of shopping and getting Simon Scarrow's latest Roman military historical novel from the library.
Sunday was another of wascally_weasel and Bryony's barbecues, the first at their place in Norbiton. Rain stayed off, mercifully. WW and I did a Medieval Fight Club demonstration, but mostly concentrated on show-and-tell rather than fighting. Think it was well-received. WW, Rupert and I sat up late when everyone else had gone home.
I kipped on the floor, then crawled off home Monday morning. Had another chill day. Bit too chilled, really - didn't get round to going to see Iron Man as I'd half-planned.
And now I'm back at work. And Boss Johnson's running this city now.
