Met up with silverjet_allie and inkognitoh on Friday after work, for drinks to mark Allie moving on from her old job. We went to the Lyceum and had a few beers and a good old natter.
Had a haircut yesterday, then went to Croydon to make a start on Christmas shopping. Was in Early Learning Centre, getting some knights for my younger nephew, when I saw a kid rushing to the toy dinosaurs. "Oh, it's a dragon!" said kid's granny. "Look! A Tyrannosaurus!" shouted the small child, who was obviously more up on palaeontology. Also, was in Sainsbury's later and heard a kid saying, appalled that their granny wanted to get Sunny Delight; "No! It ruins your teeth!".
