I think I need to start the 30 day challenge on the EA sports trainer again - I have never completed it in 30 days...I always end up taking a week off or something making it impossible to complete. Something Ive realized is that while being overweight with my BMI precariously close to "obese", I worry about/try to do something about/focus on my weight a lot less than most other women I know.
