My butt is sore

And I like it. Yesterday it was a gorgeous 23 C in Edmonton, which confirmed that the bikes were coming out. After a walk to the gas station to air up my deflated tires, off we went in search of cat food. Half an hour later, we discover that the closest of the 3 stores in Edmonton that sells Daisys fancy food only has the small bag - which is a total rip off. So we ride back home, picking up KFC along the way (ever since they started making those boneless filets, Ive been back in the KFC groove. Getting chicken fries back on the menu was a big help too). After lunch, I was still in biking mode, so we went off to Sportchek to get bike computers, as I wanted to track how far I ride this summer (oh well, Im missing 20k or something but from now on, Ill be good). I opted for a simple 4 function model: speed, distance, total distance, and auto start stop or something like that. Dave got a fancier 13 function wireless one, that is way too complicated for my simple bike mind. I also bought some fancy asspadding biking underwear, which should help me with the butt on my next ride lol. Its not too bad of a soreness really, only right on my sitbones and only when I shift a certain way or something. Because of the bike, I didnt wear my pedometer yesterday, but otherwise have been doing well trackign my steps, and seem to be in the 8000-12000 range most days....good times.
