I read 29 books that were published in 2015.

Best Mystery
Career of Evil. The third book in the Cormoran Strike series by "Robert Gailbraith." It's seriously creepy, thanks to the fact that we hear some of the book in mind of the serial killer.

I saw 30 movies in 2014 that also came out in 2014. That's one more than I saw last year. Before I started this post I looked up how I rated the movies of 2013, and I am shocked that I rated Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 as a better movie than Frozen. What the hell me?

86. Aliens on Vacation by Clete B. Smith.  Cute little book about a middle school-er who gets a summer job working for his grandmother's B&B that caters to an intergalactic crowd.

87. What Einstien Told His Cood by Robert L. Wolfe. A book on kitchen science. I feel more knowledgeable about microwave ovens now. However, the author works in a Q&A ( Read more... )

33. Legacy (Sharing Knife #2) by Lois McMaster-Bujold.

34. Crocodile on the Sandbank by Elizabeth Peters. First book in the Amelia Peabody mystery series. Recommended by a friend. Meh. It's okay... I have no serious objections. Sometimes the author initially only wanted to write one book, but their audience demanded more. Or the publisher thought they could get more money. Or after putting it away for a while the author suddenly had some new ideas... Whatever the case, sometimes the best book in a trilogy is the first one.
