Watched Kurosagi the movie
My opinion on the drama? It was just eh
I expected so much more out of it.
I was excited to see Pi and Maki together on screen again because I LOOOVVED Nobuta to bits.
What I got out of the drama was not much.
Pi stands out waaayy too much to ever be a good swindler in my opinion. The best swindlers are the ones whose faces you can't remember. (Yes, Mr. Robot with dead fish eyes, you are very very handsome but this isn't a compliment) And the character, which I get is supposed to be cheeky, reminded me of a washed out version of Kusano from Nobuta.
So I never bothered to watch the movie until yesterday. A bit overdue but there just wasn't any interest.
After watching it, I can say that it wasn't anything special. Better than the drama. Which I was happy about.
Maki was barely there but I don't have any problems with that. The movie did give us this scene at least.
5 seconds for shippers to unite!!!!
And then there was this, which made the two hours worth it.

I had to rewind that a few times before I was satisfied. Good stuff. First he's like, "Watch out!!!!" And then he gives them the finger. Priceless.
