My relatives in Yokosuka are safe and flew out to the Philippines yesterday. Military dependents are being evacuated to wherever they can get a ticket to.

I've been subbing as an office assistant upstairs the last couple weeks. Lots of looking at and filling in spreadsheets and following up on stuff. It's a nice change of pace from my usual work and I'm getting valuable experience in a different field. I just got back from walking the dog. I usually don't do that so late, but homeboy wouldn't leave me alone and refilling his food and water bowls didn't do anything, so I figured that he had to go out and take care of his business.
