Jeff was here, his shoulders slumped, observing the brunch with a plate of something undefinably food-like in his hands. Turtle had left Fandom; he was left looking awkward and terrified of opening conversation with anyone.
Leto noticed Jeff, whom he thought of mostly as Turtle's ex-boyfriend. He also remembered him as being rather... odd. Even by Fandom standards. As he was standing nearby, he nodded in greeting. "Hello, Jeff. You're back in Fandom I see."

He was still snickering from the compliment as she started speaking, but her words pulled him up quickly. "Oh aye?" he asked, glaring a little. "What'd she say tha's got ye riled up?"
