At some point late Wednesday evening, everyone's schedules are distributed in envelopes.

It's Wednesday morning and outside the administration area, there is paperwork available for all students. Everyone can pick up an information package containing a catalogue of workshops and the weekly schedule.

At the end of the information package, there is a deadline.

Please submit your workshop preferences by Saturday morning.
