YAY!
Remember Godspell when I was on stage 5 minutes of the hour and a half show?
Well, now I'm on stage an hour and 20 minutes of the hour and a half show.

Another blessed snow day!

...so what am I doing at 8:40am?  LJ!  lol...soon to be lesson plans.

I am feeling much better compared to my last post.  I had been overreacting to a few personal situations and now we're back on track.

I called Mike Monday night and we had a long, long talk...a talk where I wasn't the only person doing the talking.  I told him some of my concerns that I was having both here on campus, on the homefront, and on an extended level.  It was beautiful when he said, "I love you and I will never leave you."

We started talking about a bit more about Disney.  My family wants to go down to WDW and vacation the week before I move in and I can't wait.  But what is going to make it more magical than ever before is they said that MIKE CAN COME WITH US!!  Mike is finally going to see Walt Disney World!  And his first time will be with me!  Just like how I always wanted it...I can't believe it.  Mike and I at Disney together!  One of my greatest dreams come true.
(Of course, they want him and my brother sleeping in one room and me and them in another, but we have until August to fix that.)

In the meantime, we're talking about what we want to do this summer before I leave.  (Move in is around the 13th of August.)  Plenty of time outside, going back to the Metroparks, back to the Lakefront, Cedar Point (obviously).  He really wants to go on an overnight somewhere.  Told me the excuse he'd give my parents is "Five and a half years and I won't see her again until January."

The Rutherford B. Hayes Center called me back and they want me to play Lucy again.  Pay cut from last year, but they still want me back.  I can't wait.  Wearing that dress was unbelievable.  And this year I'm actually going to research.

...

So I was online last night compiling a list of old camp songs to sing with my first graders.  I couldn't remember most of them, so I IMed Dave, who is an Eagle scout and still is a counselor at a Boy Scout camp.  lol...we had the best time online last night reminiscing about old camp songs.  And I FINALLY met someone else who knows "The Princess Pat."  Yay!

Jon and I were talking for a while, too.  He's so sweet, talking about how he's going to be so sad at the end of the year when Rob and I graduate.  We got into a lengthy discussion about formal and what kept me from going last year.  He told me that he, Jeremiah, and Frank are going to come over one of these nights so we can all just chill together.  After hearing the formal story, Jon really wants to watch "An American Daughter."  (Watched a scene of that the other night with Michelle, Jess, and Zack.  God, that's been years...)

Well, now that I have no school and no Alpha Psi tonight, my day is officially open.  I might actually work out this morning.
