I'll never forget.
Pledging last night was absolutely amazing. I've never had a better time in that hall. We knew our stuff SO well...we had it down cold. They were shocked, amazed, and ran out of questions. We had them wrapped around our fingers. And we completely bonded. Everyone got along last night in the backroom. We even had a huge hug...we're really a family now...all 17 of us. The best 17 sisters I could ever ask for.
I've already met extensions on to my family. I now have big sisters...Keri "Alectrona" and Kirsten "Enya." They are wonderful. I feel bad that they are so busy, but they are still great. Yay!
Last night, however, trumped everything that came before it. 10 fold.
I met my pledge father.
As I was turning around, I was hoping in my mind. I knew who I was hoping for...I was just hoping that I was right.
And then I saw him...
my pledge father is Davey!!!
I could hardly contain my excitement....practically running to him in front of the entire extended fraternity and I hugged him like I would never let go. I'm so happy...I couldn't have asked for anything better than Davey. He is absolutely amazing.
