Updates!
So my world very suddenly stopped sucking. A change which I was very happy to experience. I found a cheap apartment in Charlottesville that is only a 30 minute walk from Rachel in good weather and barely a 5 minute drive. Its also close to New Mike, so thats fun too! Its half of a duplex that looks pretty dumb from the outside (very blocky and ugly siding) but has a nice inside and new appliances and private bathrooms for each room. The two girls I have met that are will be continuing onto the lease seem really chill. They're broomstick skirt or cargo pant with kind of ill-fitting tank top kinda people who are more likely to have a big celtic wall-hanging than Pier 1 art. Sometimes they camp in the yard for NO REASON!
There are photos but I can't figure out how the ljcuts work. I know its easy, shut up.
I may be getting a promotion at work starting in 2 weeks @ the Cville store, so I'll be spending more time with Rachel and the crew and will have the chance to learn my way around the town I will soon call home. There is the potential for way too much commuting, but with a garanteed 30 hours a week I am ok if I have to spend some time making fresh playlists for my Zune. And maybe a raise! Whee!
This promotion came out of nowhere so its been very exciting. I just have to make sure not to explode myself on Chipotle every meal break I have at work. Yummm....Chipotle......
And its almost my birthday!!!!!! YAY!
