(no subject)
I was updating the Levisham Face book page over the weekend to advertise Diesel Gala, and apparently I'm not allowed to put 'come and see the freaks'! If you thought Steam enthusiasts were bad, you aint seen nothing.
We had a nice evening last night, which was good as I thought Julia might end up refereeing. Simon came home and did the washing up he didn't do last night as I yelled at him for filling the sink when I was trying to fill Alex's bath, again!! I dried, of such small things are peace offerings made in our house.
We didn't manage to find the hole in Julia's roof, but Simon did finish fixing the hole in the ceiling he made last time. Elii was a bit nonplussed to come home and find Alex using her room!
Julia and I ended up sending Simon out for some cake & more beer as I didn't have to drive, took me right back to my student days when I used to bully Keir into going and fetching my munchies, except for the lack of flumps, or the ensuing flump fight. There wasn't even a cheesy slap!
Today I am going to try and find a big tray or similar so I can do Alex nappy off time in the house as his bum rash is not improving and it is too cold to release him naked outdoors. Off to the Range after lunch then. I think I also need a step so he can wash his hands, bless him!
