well, i managed to get to the SCA event  "Sundered Shields and Masqued Measures" on Saturday. instead of either going to the Farm Show, or the flea market sale thing (outside, ick)

i hope i looked healthier than i felt.
my ears have gotten worse, and i am very dizzy.  (also it is cold, and i hate cold)

 Apparently Verizon has added a feature to their phones.
If you try to dial 911 an audible alarm sounds form your phone, and keeps sounding until the 911 operator picks up the call.
