Narashino-shi?

I just received my housing assignment for the year I'll be spending in Japan studying. It's Fujisaki, Narashino-shi, Chiba 275-0017. Does anyone live near there or have any information about it?
Also, did anyone study abroad with IES and stay at the KUIS International House and have any information about that? If so, I'd love to hear what you have to say and see your pictures and stuff.
