Good morning. The sun's gonna set soon, so I guess it's good evening.

Since the morning, I've been filming a CM today. Yesterday I was filming a PV all night until dawn.
From dawn to dawn...
In any case, the morning hours [for work] have been really early.
Once again, [the filming] may take all night today until midnight, or perhaps even through ( Read more... )

In my 20s, I started fixing my own body,
and I was beginning to regain stamina bit by bit.
That's when I started being able to have my own dreams,
and I've been working so hard to realize those dreams ever since.

gaaahhhhhhhhhhh I've been struggling so much this year with trying to start an exercise routine since I feel often dizzy and nauseous after five minutes and have to do it in the most minuscule chunks to not cause an injury or muscle pain that will force me to stop like, the next day. And I have my excuses, my parents barely let me out of the house for years, I've always been a touch developmentally behind as far as co-ordination goes, which led to bullying and being excluded which means I feel like an idiot even thinking of exercising around other people and that I have a minor emotional meltdown when I Just Can't Do Things That Shouldn't Even Be Hard (seriously I had one last night over the Gangnam Style dance, of all things)...

I guess I thought of GACKT as someone who might have been sick at times but was never unfit ( ( ... )

Insider tip: magnesium helps prevent cramps and muscle pain. You can take it as a supplement to aide your training. Start slow and gradually increase it. And don't forget: going for a brisk walk 3 times a week for ~30 mins is exercise too!

Don't compare yourself to others, find your own regimen. And putting together a workout playlist with music you like will make it easier. :) You can do it!

i like bodyrock.tv - you can watch it free on their website or youtube - charliejames is my favorite but they let others post their workouts - many of the workouts are only 12 minutes BUT intense! they have a beginner section intermediate and advance -

the advice you were given is true - find what you like and try it - i thought i would like tae bo again but now hate it - diamond dallas page has a workout as well and a lot of people like that too - the key is to just start - something anything

i wish you the best of luck! im restarting my self and have lost 50 lbs in just a couple of months! let us know your progress
