I think some of you know that I can't live without ProactivSolution products. (They just work for me, and I've been using their products for 10+ years.)
So, I'm not gonna replace their basic skin care system (face wash, toner, lotion) with anything, BUT.
My awesome sister-in-law, who has a knack for finding new and interesting things, introduced me ( Read more... )

It's pretty close, though like every other movie based on a true story it still has differences.

I found it too be a very good movie, and he did a great job playing a role which was very... difficult, but I really do have to say that it's not an easy watch, but then again a movie based on the story of Armin Meiwes can't be an easy watch. It is horror, but it's more psychological, making it deeper than you're usual horror/gore movies like Hostel or Saw.

He looks... yumm~ *g*

And I'm going to make another guess at the movie...
The Stendhal Syndrome???

Oooooh, a psychological horror is indeed worse than just blood-and-gore horrors.... @_@;;;
I don't know who Armin Meiwes is, but I guess he was a serial killer.... *shivers*

OMG~~~~~!!!! That's it~~~~~!!!!! *_______*
That's the movie!
I only saw it once, one late night many years ago. And yet I still remember it decently well...
Is it because it was actually a decent movie??? XD
I just remember it being a very surreal, strange movie, and yet it stayed with me (partially thanks to the lovely killer :P).
I still clearly remember the scene where they show one of the victim getting shot in her face, and the camera looks through her head.........................
But yeah, that was the first time I laid eyes on him. ^w^
(Thanks for finding out the movie, I was starting to go nuts with the mystery XD)

Well... he wasn't a serial killer, but he is very well know because of how gruesome the crime he committed was... All I can say is he was a cannibal. Actually I thought of the movie because you mentioned Takegami.

YAY!
I remembered that he made a movie with Dario Argento, and his are usually B-movies.
Yes, the woman getting shot through the head is totally Argento like. It's definitely gruesomely surreal, and very dream-like, as well as nightmarish at times. I need to watch it again because there's some things that I didn't understand, the main character painting herself, but it really is a decent movie. And Thomas does a great job with his role. ^^

..... A cannibal???? D: D: D:
Oh man, why are these cannibals so irresistible in movies?
Hannibal Lecter, Takegami, and now the character Thomas plays? *shakes head*

OK, maybe it's just me. *__*

I can't believe how knowledgeable you are about movies!! @_@
I know~, it was very strange. The heroine has the syndrome where she hallucinates that drawings come to life...
I don't know if I can watch it again because of the gruesome scenes, but young Thomas was really lovely (wut, eough? OK. :D).

It's not just you, I absolutely love Hannibal Lecter, as well as Takegami, and the character that Thomas plays on Grimm Love is just fascinating in his obsession.

I'm not that knowledgeable, what I know I picked from my mom since she has a huge movie collection.
I know, and it's even more gruesome because of how realistic it is, after all anyone can prey on your weaknesses to instill harm, but yeah he was lovely. I'm glad he will be on a few movies this year and/or next. ^^
