My New Favorite Things...

I think some of you know that I can't live without ProactivSolution products. (They just work for me, and I've been using their products for 10+ years.)
So, I'm not gonna replace their basic skin care system (face wash, toner, lotion) with anything, BUT.
My awesome sister-in-law, who has a knack for finding new and interesting things, introduced me to Kiehl's skin care products.
Since I'm always on the lookout for good moisturizers (I get rashes very easily when my skin is dry, and they really welt!! X_X), I ordered over $100 worth of products from their site at the end of 2010 since they were having a special ($20 off of every $50 purchase, free shipping, free samples! :D :D :D).
I got....
Facial moisturizer
Body moisturizer
Shampoo
Conditioner
Hair treatment cream

I just got them today, and so far I really like them!!
The shampoo and hair treatment cream really worked well, and my hair felt so soft and smooth afterward!  b>0The moisturizers are very nice, too.
I'm quite pleased~. ^^

......9_9 (There was....something else I wanted to blabber about....)

Oh yes, yes.
I have developed a bad habit of going to sleep after watching a movie (or two @_@;;) on my hubby's iPhone...
I've recently watched the newest Star Trek movie (= AWESOMENESS), Star Trek: Nemesis, Iron Man, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, etc.

And last night I watched Valkyrie (starring Tom Cruise) for the first time.
That was a difficult movie to watch, perhaps especially because the movie is based on a true story.
But I had no idea that there were actually such organized plans within Germany to take out Hitler, or that such accounts were even known.
This knowledge was actually very inspiring to me, because it's something that I'd always wondered about.
I won't look at the whole history of Germany under Nazi quite the same way again. And that's a good thing.

Ah, BTW, I found one of my favorite actors in the movie again!!
Thomas Kretschmann.
He was once again...a German officer... Not exactly a good guy or a bad guy.  I like the complexity of the roles he plays. @_@

He was also a German officer in The Pianist (starring Adrian Brody).

The first time I saw him, he was in a movie (which I cannot remember the name of) playing a crazier-than-Takegami-G psycho killer...
And yet, I found him irresistibly attractive.... @_@;;;;;;;;;;

And last but not least, I got a gift from Japan today!
It's the November issue of LEAF.

It has two nice pictures of G and an interview. ^^
I'm sure the sender won't want me to reveal her identity, so I won't say who gave it to me, but...
You know who you are, and thank you so, so much for being so generous and sweet.
I just.... have no words... ;w;  Honestly.
(BTW, just like all Japanese magazines, a lot of pages were dedicated to plastic surgeries and aesthetic salons. Talk about feeling inadequate.... D: D: D:)
