Old request is oldddd. Sorry it took so long!
Anyway! As requested by moonkeh, we're...
... going from
to
in PSPXI. Involves Curves, Hue/Saturation and Brightness/Contrast, but should be translatable.

First of all, pick your base. It should have a lot of white space. Mine was:

Now, duplicate your base and set it to Burn, 34%, so you get this. Now, Copy Merged (you can do this in these ways: Ctrl + Shift + C; Edit -> Copy Merged; right click on image -> Copy Merged). Don't paste it yet, though!

Before pasting, make a new layer and fill it with #01235f and set it to Exclusion, 100%. Now, paste what you copied earlier and set that layer to Overlay, 87%. You should have:

Now, make a new layer and fill it with #ad9365 and set it to Overlay, 77%. You should get this. Now, go to Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Curves. Set the RGB curve to 171, 144. You should have:

Now, take this texture by 77words and paste it on a new layer twice. Set the first one to Multiply, 100%, and the second to Burn, 40%. Now, take this texture (by ??; please tell me if you know!) and set it to Multiply, 100%.
Now you should have:

Remember that merged duplicate from (almost) the very beginning? Duplicate it and bring it to top, then set it to Soft Light, 100% - you should get this. After that, go to Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Hue/Saturation/Lightness. Set the Saturation to 20, so you get:

Now, you see it's quite washed-out and muted? To fix it, go to Layers -> New Adjustment Layer -> Brightness/Contrast. Set the Brightness to -2 and Contrast to 25, and you're done~

If any part of this tutorial is confusing, don't be afraid to ask. :)
