So, back from BUSA and... I won a medal!  I got a bronze medal for kata (patterns), which I find very exciting!!  First time I've medaled!  But this was a weekend of firsts - first time a lot of our squad has done comp, and also - First time I've won FIGHTS at competition too!  I won two fights in team kumite!  Unfortunately we lost to Edinbourough ( Read more... )
