there were no courts involved in ohio in 2004. plus, the court didnt have the jurisdiction to rule on gore v bush. blackwell just owed bush I a favor. besides, even if they did, the court can't (has not, and will not) settle voting discrepancies. voting machines are still flawed and on proprietary source code. and didn't i tell you to go away? stop swallowing the corporate media whole
You realize, of course, that without the military, you would have not right to protest?
With a crowd of 200-400, I sure as hell would have the police there.
After all, in amongst the protesters, there could be some idiot itching to start trouble, aka a riot.
But of course, if one occurs, you're not paying the bills for damage repair are you?
You're allowed to protest there in the first place, so no constitutional right has been breached.
