Ok, it turns out that I had a blogger account like two years ago but never activated it.  LOL  Today I activated it just because I wanted to but gosh!  It's so confusing!  I'm still keeping lj as my primary blog account since I'm absolutely clueless about blogger's settings.  Heck, the whole webpage was in Sppanish!
