I'm admittedly somewhat confused about the specifics of the cable setup I have. My landlord considers wifi and cable to be free utilities for all that live here, and he changes it periodically every few years. Little bit of xfinity, bit of comcast, don't actually get cable channels at the moment but more like a wider range of basic TV channels ( Read more... )

Given my current horrible work schedule I tend to download a lot of the shows I regularly watch for when I can't watch them, then watch them later and delete them. Usually this goes a lot more evenly but I've been seriously lagging of late.

...I'm just watching Columbo on Me·TV.

Seen this episode before, a lot actually... but I love it.

After work, among other things, I unwind by vegging in front of the boob tube. Tonight my mode to zone to is The Flash, at this hour. Problem is the signal's all over the place... meaning I may have to find it on Hulu to see the parts I'm missing.

Could opt for NCIS but it looks like a boring episode.

Landlord got us a new radar dish on the roof and took away our cable boxes. So, cable is connected straight to the television again but unlike the last time, I've only got access to basic channels. The same ones that existed before Cable TV existed. Great quality but no more TXT, FX, BBC America, Syfy, CNN, Comedy Channel, Cartoon Network, etc ( Read more... )

Spending the day with a mind-numbing headache, which sounds even more painful than it is... though it's bad, while emptying out my "Watch & Delete" folder.

I download TV shows I miss because of work but lately I've been downloading more than I've been watching. Figured today was a good time to catch up.
