i forgot about the exs. a couple days ago i got the triple whammy.
a birthday reminder for the last one who broke my heart, an email from the one who got to it first, and a myspace message from the one in the middle.
the middle was by far the best 'cause it came with a promise of gifts in the mail. gosh she's a sweety, it's too bad i don't really know her anymore.
it's so very odd how extremely close people get then how very, very far apart they can become.
the first b-day reminder was tough, it seems i've not gotten enough distance and time between us. rate=distance x time... my velocity is slowly increasing. i'm hoping for an exponential jump at some point where everything just clicks. although i'm realizing it takes a lot of effort to fuel this thing they call life.
it's not enough to be smarter than the guy next to you. especially if the guy next to you works twice as hard.
