My latest article was published in The Ryersonian today. They edited it down quite a bit, and some of it I'm not quite happy with (including the headline), but at least it's a clipping. Last night Ron surprised me with a real pearl necklace when I got home from school. It has a certificate of authenticity and a lifetime warranty, so if it needs restringing or the clasp breaks, it's covered under warranty. One of the good and bad things about university is that you have about a month off school between first and second semester. It's like a mini-summer break - without the sun, the beach and the relaxation. Tomorrow is my first day back in classes in over a month.
