I know it's not unusual to see riced-out cars on the highways here in California these days. So I wasn't fazed when I saw the Accord with the multi-level sculpted wing, or the Civic with the coffee can exhaust pipe and a body kit with Bondo everywhere. (Sorry. No pics. So, after years of having a personalized plate, when I got new plates here in New Jersey I ended up not getting personalized ones. Why? Partly it was because of the additional $50 required to get them.
