In addition to being Extreme Party Weekend 2007, this weekend was home to PAX, the Penny Arcade Expo. The bad news is that Nickel Creek is going on a "break of indefinite length." It's understandable: they've been a band for 17 years, and the last seven have been spent recording and touring nearly nonstop.
