I just realized that NaNo starts in two weeks... and yet again I won't be participating. I have been planning on giving it a shot for years, but have always found a good reason for not doing it. I just watched Savchenko/Szolkowy's FS from last season at random and I realized how much I miss watching figure skating - not just the men, but all disciplines. I am just a bit sad that so many of the skaters I like won't be competing in the coming season. I need to make sure to watch at least some of the Grand Prix if possible this fall. I lit some candles tonight, among them one that I'd never used before. The scent reminds me of America for some reason - scent memory is such an incredible thing.
