* Last Wednesday - heartburn all night long
* Saturday to Tuesday - flu knocked me down hard
* This morning - dead battery, had to get a jump
* Tonight - woke up with intense back pain, so my first trip to an ER.

This is on top of that massive ear infection before Pennsic and a couple of other smaller health details I've been dealing with.

Feeling a bit less stressed today. Had to run the car to the mechanic yesterday at lunchtime, but he called and said he just needed to adjust the struts to stop them from creaking (although he said they probably need to be replaced at some point - UGH - but for now the car is completely safe to drive). Left work, went home, got our hairs cut, ( Read more... )

You know, I used to come into work and spend just about the entire day responding to e-mail, either answering questions or having to complete tasks - basically putting out whatever fire was most threatening that day. Now, it takes me about 20 minutes, and I can spend the rest of the day actually doing my job, and can leave at the end of the day ( Read more... )

In other news, PENNSIC IN 10 DAYS OMG!

I'd love to update. I really would. We had an awesome weekend. But Q's sick and I'm stressed and exhausted, and it's only Tuesday. Maybe later. :(

Last night I came home, saw Q off to work, sat down to watch TV... and promptly fell asleep. Woke up around 9, ate something, checked e-mail, and went to bed past my optimal bedtime; then, of course, I had trouble sleeping, so I'm off today ( Read more... )

On the plus side, the movers were in, loaded, unloaded, and out by noon. That's impressive. I'm working on the last of my desk and my computer, so down we go. It's also raining. RAINING. But it could be worse.

P.S. I need a stressed icon of some sort.
