Top and tail beans, bend and break asparagus, tail broccoli, break off cauliflower.
Microwave beans for 90 seconds.
Add cauliflower, microwave for 60 seconds.
Add broccoli and asparagus, microwave for 60 seconds.
Heat oiled fry pan. (I recommend macadamia oil though butter would work well.)
Drain vegies, add to fry pan, sauté briefly, serve.
