Quick steamed rice meal

Take satchel of SunRice® brown-rice-in-90-seconds and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds.

Put half in fridge. Put rest in bowl. Add chopped up cooked meat, mixed bean sprouts, two other vegetables (carrots and snowpeas are my favourites). Add soy sauce. Stir. Eat.

Second meal, take other half of rice, add ingredients as above. Put in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Heat for another 30 seconds. Eat.
