It's been a fairly ordinary weekend really. Dad has been working, Mum has been studying and I've been messing around on the computer. I've done a load more webpages for the Elemmiiran characters I write. I think since the last update I have done Rashid, Anka, Jared, Lonan and Rionach. My system is all out of whack today because of the clocks going back an hour. It thinks its a different time to what it actually is. However, nonetheless, I do seem to have managed a degree of productivity. It's been a productive weekend so far. Mum and I went to a local farmers' market this morning. We picked up a couple of nice pieces of meat, as well as a generous bagful of cavolo nero and kale. I'm feeling pretty accomplished. So far today I've been to the library to change my books, done one or two invoice type things for work so that they can be posted, and then set to at BW. It being the weekend before christmas, the cake got decorated yesterday, and I believe there are plans to make mince pies and stollen later... or at least in the next day or so anyway. I think I may have actually finished the bulk of the edits for the thesis. It's not 100% done because I still need to read through and check I've not missed something silly and that small details like page numbers are still right after all my fiddling, but I'm getting there. Yesterday was the last seminar of the series. Daniela Hofmann talked about 'Longhouse lives: the time, space and identity of Bandkeramik houses'. It wasn't bad.
