Parade!
On my way home tonight I could see the floats already setting up for tomorrow morning's parade. I live a block from the parade route, so I think I'll have to wander out and watch for a while. I know it's supposed to rain, but that may actually be a good thing in a way; people may not want to travel over here, but when I get tired of the weather I just have a short walk home. Pictures may be problematic, though. We'll see what happens.
Either way, I should sleep so I can be up early tomorrow.
UPDATE: I was just woken up by a marching band going past my window. All in all, I approve of this.

UPDATE 2: I saw Belle. :D And Santa Claus. :D:D And at the finale, someone opened the barricade and I was able to get a spot directly in front of the Art Museum to watch the show! :D:D:D I've been watching this parade on TV since I was a little kid, so that was just the best for me. And the rain held out until the very end. Very happy now.
