A Sick Kitten
We picked Athena May up on Friday and she was doing what kittens do; running around, stalking Jean Luke, chasing her tail. Then she started sniffling and sneezing on Tuesday night. We could tell she was not eating or drinking so Andrea took her to the vet and it turns out she had a very nasty cold. She was super dehydrated and needed fluids. We got medicine for her and took her in a couple more times to get some fluids and I am pleased to report that she is doing much better. Andrea was not too happy with Athena May because she got Jean Luke (Andrea’s cat) sick. He was just sneezing and got on medication right away so it was not had bad as Athena May’s cold. In other good news, Athena May is litter trained and does not claw on anything she should.
