Running and Saturday plans
I went for a run today. I didn't run far just half of my 2.4 loop but the point is that I went running. I noticed something while I was running today...strange looks. Yup, people who drive past me running often turn their heads and stare. One guy even slowed his car down to see the foreigner running. Just part of the fun of being a foreigner living in Japan, hopefully people will get use to seeing me run and stop looking once I settle into a running routine.
Andrea and I are going to see the huge Ushiku Buddha today. She told me that flowers were blooming in the gardens so I want to head over and see them. After that we are heading to Beth and Kevin's to play Risk. I love trying to take over the world.
