THIS is the project I've been working on. I really love this guy! He is so brilliant and aware of the realities around us. He is the best Commandant I've seen, and perhaps the best the Coast Guard ever has had.

ACTSUS - The acronym that means: ACTive search SUSpended. We never called off a search, we only suspended it.
