Movie traditons

I guess I forgot to mention that last night (i.e. Friday night), we watched the George C. Scott A Christmas Carol, which has become our holiday tradition.

A week or so ago, we watched It's A Wonderful Life, one of the most wonderful movies ever. I'd like for it to become a tradition in our family; it certainly will be in mine.

Am I wrong, or is A Christmas Story not getting the twenty-four hour treatment this year? I used to loathe that movie. I finally warmed up to it a little bit last year, but I still found it terribly annoying that it was shown for twenty-four hours. If you're going to show something for twenty-four hours, at least show something flawless and universal like It's A Wonderful Life!

I'm going to bed.
