I got an air-brushed tan yesterday! I'd never considered it before, because I never thought I was that pale. I guess that's what happens when you work nights, and you only see yourself in the yellow light of bulbs:P
So last week one of my friends, Samantha, had a pool party, and I was off, so I decided to go. I put on my sunscreen, and headed out. when I got there I could see myself in the sunlight, and I knew I was pale as shit. Well maybe not shit, but something. Near the end when I was getting ready to leave I took one last pic with my friends, and then we parted ways. About two days later Samantha posts her pics, and I was SHOCKED at the whiteness! Especially standing next to those tan girls, all of who already had some color to their skin to start with. Seriously, I had forgotten how pale I am. I'm not peach colored white. I'm printing paper white!
So one Wednesday night at work I was talking about my pale disposition with Samantha at work, and how I can't tan even when I try. I just go from white to red. The only "tan" part of me were my fore arms, and that took litterally years, plus it's a super sexy farmer's tan:P So we were talking, and another friend, Wendy, who also precepted me, heard us, and she said that her tan, which looks great, was a spray on tan. Not only that, but she had done it at home with her own air brush system! I was like "Holy crap! You've got life time free tanning!" So we talked about how it worked, and how easy it was. It takes around 5-10min.
Then out of the blue she says "I should do you! It would look great on you." I said "Hell yes! Where do you live" She then said that she didn't mind bringing it to my place! It comes with a pop out tent that you stand in, and it's only 3'x3', so we could set it up in my apartment living room! I was totally on board, and we got Samantha to agree to come over too.
So the next day Wendy and Samantha come over, and Wendy just whips out the air brush and finishes me in five minutes. She only did one coat, but she wanted to do another one. I'm glad I said no, cause I love how dark I am now. If I were twice as dark I'd look very weird! Samantha, on the other hand, is already tan, so Wendy gave her three coats, and it looks great on her!
I can't wait till it fades a little and looks even better^_^
