Reconnecting with Old Friends...
Is there any feeling better than meeting up with an Good Friend that you haven't seen in years, and/or lost contact with?
Today, I experienced that feeling not once, but twice! Two people that were (and are) very dear to me suddenly showed up out of the woodwork on FurryMUCK today, and we've exchanged and confirmed contact information. The best news is that both are still in the relationships that they were in when I was last in touch with them, and if anything, those relationships are stronger than ever! In a world where so many relationships (and marriages) are falling apart, it's wonderful to see good friends still together!
Also in great news: Some of our younger league bowlers finally showed up again tonight at the bowling alley! The younger ones also tend to drink like fish, and Trixstir says they drank all of the shooters, the Clamato beverages, and a lot of beer! They say they'll be back on Saturday, so it looks like we're going to have to do a beer-run!
FINALLY, customers coming back at the bowling alley, a job interview on Wednesday, and business slowly picking up with Iron Pony. This has been a very good week so far! Tomorrow we go for Trixstir's ultrasound, and we'll find out if it's twins, or one big baby in there!
