To start off my new physical training programme, I ran 10 km on the hamster track this evening, timings were decent, considering that I have not been running since mid-December:
5 km - 28 mins 24 secs
10km - 1hr 2 mins 40 secs
10.05 km - 1 hr 3 mins
I also noted that I gained between 2 to 2.5 kg over the holiday season - horrors!!! Gotta get it down down down!
I now have sore feet and a blister on my left sole to show for my endeavours .....
