The Lowdown on Lexington
Hi all!
I just landed an amazing job in Lexington, KY. I will be moving across the country in the end of January and I can't wait! I've done a little research, but I've never been there. I hope to find a house to rent with acreage and a barn so I can keep my horses (who knows, maybe someone here knows of a farm that will be up for rent?)home. Otherwise I will have to board. I would love advice about good places to board and where to stay away from. I also have no idea about vets/ farriers/hay prices etc. so any info there would be great too. I hope to stay within a 20 minute drive of downtown, but I could be flexible. What are your experiences with the city? I know very little about Lexington, so any and all advice is appreciated.
