We became un-snowed in on Monday, so I went to town, picked up some books from uni, collected my grant cheque (yay!) and ... went to Morrisons.

I had a great Christmas in The Land That The Internet Forgot - food, friends, family, love and laughter.  All the good things about the festive season.

I love Christmas.  I like the religious aspects of it, I like the overeating and hanging out with family and friends aspects of it, and I really like the pretty lights, Christmas songs, and the twinkly sparkly snowflakey chestnutty secular aspects.  But I refuse to feel Christmassy yet.  It's too soon.  I don't want to peak too early.  (Also, I ( Read more... )

I've had my first Christmas card - and it was a fannish one!  Lovely Kirk and Spock in evening dress... yummy!
